The Great American Bake Off

Last week, we swapped the classroom for our school’s kitchen and traded our textbooks for a whisk and a spoon. And here’s the result: a traditional American Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake, with the recipe coming straight from the The New York Times Cooking section.
